Mountain honey - has a dark amber, brown color, having a pronounced floral aroma, and a tart-sweet taste with bitterness. A feature of this honey is environmental friendliness, as in the mountains the cleanest air and the least degree of environmental pollution. This honey is herb or polyflory. In mountain honey it can be thyme, clover, oregano, sage and many other flowers that grow high in the mountains. Therefore, the flavor may be different, but it will always be rich with one dominant note. The crystallization of mountain honey occurs slowly, but after it acquires a yellow, brown color.
Useful properties:
