Melilot honey has a light amber color, a pleasant floral aroma, a delicate, sweet taste with a hint of vanilla. Flower clover has a yellow or white shade. A feature of this honey is environmental friendliness, as in the mountains the cleanest air and the least degree of environmental pollution. Crystallization of sweet clover occurs quickly, but after that they acquire a light yellow and milky color.
