Makhsudin Turkmenov has been engaged in beekeeping since 1987. During this period, he studied and specialized in the field of beekeeping. Worked tirelessly in this field for 32 years. He was a student of the candidate of agricultural sciences and the best beekeeper of the country Salimbek Makhmasharipov. Royal white honey is a top-notch monofloric honey with sainfoin. Esparcet is a good honey plant. It has a light pink tint. Honey with sainfoin delicate, sweet, with a pleasant aftertaste. Freshly harvested honey from sainfoin transparent, light yellow color. A feature of this honey is environmental friendliness, as in the mountains the cleanest air and the least degree of environmental pollution. The crystallization of this type of honey occurs quickly, but after that they acquire a dense white texture, sometimes a creamy tint.
Melilot honey – has a light amber color, a pleasant floral aroma, a delicate, sweet taste with a hint of vanilla. Flower clover has a yellow or white shade. A feature of this honey is environmental friendliness, as in the mountains the cleanest air and the least degree of environmental pollution. Crystallization of sweet clover occurs quickly, but after that they acquire a light yellow and milky color.
Mountain honey - has a dark amber, brown color, pronounced floral aroma, and tart-sweet taste with bitterness. A feature of this honey is environmental friendliness, as in the mountains the cleanest air and the least degree of environmental pollution. This honey is herb or polyflory. In mountain honey it can be thyme, clover, oregano, sage and many other flowers that grow high in the mountains. Therefore, the flavor may be different, but it will always be rich with one dominant note. The crystallization of mountain honey occurs slowly, but after it acquires a yellow, brown color.
This allows us at the initial stage to control the quality of honey and get natural honey without any impurities!
